I acknowledge that dog ownership is a long-term commitment, and that proper & consistent training is required for the dog and all those involved to be happy and safe.  *

I acknowledge that regular veterinary care is necessary and will bring Puppy to vet as necessary for proper care.  *

I acknowledge that fleas, ticks, and other parasites and communicable diseases are a significant health concern for dogs and will follow veterinarian’s recommendations for care and prevention.  *

I acknowledge that the Puppy is particularly vulnerable until the full round of vaccinations have been administered. Interaction with other dogs as well as travel to places such as kennels, pet stores, dog parks, etc. should be avoided, until the full round of vaccinations has protected the Puppy.*

I acknowledge the breeder has advised the puppy/dog should not be socialized at a dog park.  There is a high risk of infectious disease as well as possible injury in this setting.  *

I acknowledge that should my application be accepted, the price of the puppy is $3000 (For all colours except Merle) $3500 Merle. Deposit is due by e-transfer upon acceptance to be placed on the waitlist. ONLY complete waitlist if you are ready to be placed on the waitlist with your $500 deposit.*
